As a small business, every order is created with care and means the world to us! Because of the nature of our products, we have an All Sales Final policy and are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our creative work!

We stand behind our work 100%! If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Make sure to include your order number and a description of the problem, and we will get a resolution as soon as possible.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

All payment transactions are handled by WIX and information needed to process these transactions are not communicated to Great Lakes Promotions, LLC, nor do we have access to it.
